Kelvin Broad in Scotland.....
I have just spent a great
4 or 5 days with the Big Man (Bill Kenny) and enjoyed every
minute of it. We have had a fine
time reminiscing about Otago athletics, Bill has run three
road races since getting
here and is bemoaning how hard these long races are.
I dropped him off in Leeds yesterday but will be meeting
up with him again in about
three weeks at which time he has vowed he will be 'a hell
of a lot fitter' and wants
to take me on over 200 metres ... god help me!
