PACK RUNS ON SATURDAYS
Pack runs are just that on club days. THEY ARE NOT RACES. They are a group of people who run around the same pace and distance. Pack leaders are responsible for keeping everyone together and ensuring everyone returns safely from the run. Be conservative about estimating your own ability, especially in the early part of the season, and try to get a pack that is close to your speed.

CLUB RUNS and WALKS ON SATURDAY AFTERNOONS
These runs start no later than 2pm. Please be ready to run or walk by 1.45pm so that you can
hear the pack run details and any other announcements.

PLEASE NOTE
The winter programme is subject to change at short notice. Please regularly check this page for any changes. These changes will be highlighted in dark red.

Free childminding services available 1.45pm to 3.45pm for those parents who are running or walking
